The owners of this beautiful property had raised the house and built in underneath – the results are a huge success. As a result, the last step in the process was for PR Painting to come in and finalise the external paint.
To start with we removed all of the lead paint from the exterior of the house. We then applied 2 coats of Dulux oil based undercoat, followed by two coats of Dulux Weathershield low sheen to the gutters/facia, beams, weatherboards, windows etc.
We love being the last link in the chain on a renovation. It is a real privilege to see the smile on the owners face when their vision is made a reality.
